We are looking for someone to join our team and help to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will be passionate about engaging with people, have a compassionate approach whilst also bringing your excellent administration skills to the role. You will be the first point of contact for clients and other stakeholders of the charity and support on financial administration.

Holbeck Together is the community anchor organisation for Holbeck, in South Leeds and a Neighbourhood Network Scheme, Led by local people with lived experience of the impacts of ill-health, isolation and poor social cohesion, the charity was established (as ‘Holbeck Elderly Aid’) in 1992 with a focus on social, health and wellbeing support for older people. In 2019, we broadened our remit to include support for people of all ages across Holbeck, under a new vision statement: Making Holbeck the best place to thrive, work and play.

Main Purpose of the Role

The post holder will ensure the smooth and effective running of all administrative functions including financial administration.

The post holder will be the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders face to face/via incoming calls.
