Salary: £26,418 (pro rata)
Hours: 22.5 Hours Per Week
Benefits: 25 days holiday (pro rata), plus 8 bank holidays, training opportunities and staff away days
Note: This is a fixed contract until 30th of June 2028
Office based: 99 Domestic Street, Leeds, LS11 9NS

As our EEDI Outreach Worker, you will:
- Reach out to underrepresented groups and listen to their needs, concerns and aspirations
- Support local people to have their voices heard by decision-makers
- Build strong partnerships with community groups and organisations
- Lead on embedding equality, equity, diversity and inclusion across our work
- Help shape inclusive services for children, young people and families
We’re looking for someone who is:

- A great listener who can amplify the voices of others
- Proactive in building relationships and breaking down barriers
- Excited to help shape services that make a real difference in people’s lives
