The group will go walking every alternate Wednesday starting on 3 January 2023.
We will set off from St Matthews Community Centre at 9:30am
The walks will be approx. 3-5 miles long and walkers will be encouraged to bring their own packed lunch.

People need to complete a short PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) form (available to pick up from the office) to say their doctor is happy for them to walk between 3-5 miles.
Group is for over 55’s.
We pay for bus fares and hot drinks from a cafe but you will need to wear outdoor clothing and walking boots.
